It's been a rough few months. Personally and emotionally. But here we are coming into fall and I know once it gets cold I have to start moving or depression will come take me out. So I got up early this morning walked 3 miles with my two pound wrist weights and did 100 squats on my DB machine.

I've got 26 days until a Halloween party. I would love to look a little toned and fit in my costume better. Weight loss is not my goal, but toning up a bit is.
