As America continues its 250th anniversary, Smoker Craft, Inc. was honored to bring our one-of-a-kind USA 250 edition boats to our nation's capital as part of the Great American Expedition, the Department of the Interior's flagship Freedom 250 initiative celebrating America's public lands, waters, and the people who care for them.
Alongside Indiana Congressman Rudy Yakym, Senator Todd Young, representatives from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, NOAA, and the Department of the Interior, and in partnership with the NMMA, we had the opportunity to collaborate with leaders who share our commitment to conservation, outdoor recreation, and American manufacturing.
Set against the backdrop of historic monuments and national parks, the experience showcased not only the beauty of Washington, D.C., but also the heritage and craftsmanship that have defined Smoker Craft, Inc. for generations.
As a company proudly rooted in Elkhart County, Indiana, we are honored to play a small part in telling the story of America's first 250 years and helping preserve the outdoor traditions that connect families and communities across the country. We are grateful to work alongside government leaders and partners who recognize the importance of our nation's natural resources and the industries that help people enjoy them.
We are proud to celebrate American manufacturing, proud to share our country's beautiful capital through these custom boats, and honored to be part of a once-in-a-generation milestone. 🇺🇸
