Save this workout to add an extra burn on those shoulders and abs!!

I do each move on each side for 10 reps each.
Kneeling wood chop.
Kneeling shoulder press.
Plank up/downs.
Kneeling upright rows.
Kneeling front raise.
A Russian twist.
Give yourself a 60 sec rest and repeat 3-4x through 🔥

I’ve tried those restriction diets too many times. Never worked like a healthy diet consisting of alllll the food groups has and a little consistency along the way.

Your kids deserve the BEST you— not what’s left or the rest of you. Think about that...
Their health as well as your health needs to be way up on the priority list. If you are trying to drive on an empty gas tank, you probably won’t make it very far— same with parenting.
And their health starts with YOU. Set those healthy examples early. They watch, learn, and grow from YOU. 💙

P.S. yoga is wayyyy out of my comfort zone... but practice what you preach right?!

Oh heeeeey 👋🏻 and during the holiday season 😱🍪🍰🥧🍩🍷
Ya know, our group is kind of in between programs right now and it’s the holiday season so we aren’t AS dialed in as we typically are AND THAT IS OKAY! We have hundreds of different workouts to choose from and I’m following a super simple nutrition plan! So I’m STILL seeing results!
Again, it’s that whole CONSISTENCY thing I preach about over & over! You aren’t going to get ripped with one workout and one bad meal isn’t going to steal your abs! However, if I consistently skip my workouts and consistently eat allllll the treats around me, I would be back to that uncomfortable zone I lived in for so long! I refuse to go back there.
No more “waiting” around til the New Years to get healthy or “lose some weight”. I already had a jump start on my goals.. and you can too! Don’t hold off on your health because come January, you are going to have a deeper hole to dig yourself out of. Let me help you now! ❤️

You see a lot of my post workout selfies... and for good reason! They hold me accountable. But what else holds me accountable is this magical book right here too. Nutrition yields more of my results than the actual working out part. For the longest time, I thought I could just work off all the extra calories I ate.
This time of year is so tempting to start mindless snacking and enjoying a few extra treats (and that’s okay IN MODERATION) but I know me and I don’t really have a MODERATION understanding 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
So time for me to revisit and study what HAS worked for me in my tracker and revisit my weight loss days because that’s when I was feeling 110% best! I’m ready to feel that way again and get over this weekend bloat! ❤️❤️

On days I don’t want to- I push harder.
After weekends filled with treats and fun- I get back at it.
No more giving up on me!
It’s a habit - a lifestyle. I’m done rollercoastering back to old ways by thinking that I’ve “ruined” my progress when I stray slightly away from my normal. Besides, consistency is more important than perfection and we all know that no one is perfect 😘
