Running Buds Since it's getting cold: 6:45 a.m Saturday morning running group. MEETING PLACE: IN FRONT OF THE NEW ORLEANS MUSEUM OF ART.

Running buds, Is a group meant for all types of runners: beginners to seasoned marathoners. Your Running buds will meet every Saturday,of every month, starting the run promptly at 6:00 a.m( get there earlier for mingling purposes ) . I know 6:00 may sound early, but with this heat, trust me you will thank us. What to bring:
-Water for your run( sometimes we will provide water )
- a visor/hat
- a

pply sunscreen
- good attitude


Running buds' sole purpose is to give those who want to run with a group a chance to START with a group. Once the run starts, everyone will run at their own pace and their own distances ! I will make an out and back route every Saturday, and YOU choose your mileage. No pressure & no commitment necessary. The only commitment you will be making is the one to yourself to get up and run with your buds.
