Between both, they were part of a defense that turned 60 double plays and threw out over 31 percent of base runners.

FRISCO, Texas – The New Orleans Privateers swept the final week of Southland awards announced by the conference office. Kruise Newman earned Hitter of the Week while Luke Lycette won Pitcher of the Week.
