SIX-WEEK SEMESTERS: a new way to approach fitness at Equip in 2024.
We are proud to introduce six-week semesters of both our popular STRONG BY DESIGN program and our new FULL BODY IMPACT program, with classes in each offered 6 days a week. These classes will help you create measurable fitness goals and make exercise a more consistent part of your life.
Will the classes be hard? Yes, of course! But with guidance from our hardworking trainers and your class community, your fitness goals will be easier than ever to accomplish.
New Orleans is a party city—that won’t change, and we know it. So we have curated these six-week semesters to have unique start and finish dates that work around the major events and festivals in the city, intentionally giving you the option to “rest” and enjoy them. Think of them like school breaks! But this year, you’ll be headed into each break with stronger muscles, better mobility, and a healthier body.
Classes will vary in intensity and workout concepts, but all fitness levels are welcome.
1ST SEMESTER: January 2nd - February 10th
(Just in time for Mardi Gras)
2ND SEMESTER: March 4th - April 13th
(Just in time for FQF & Jazz Fest)
3RD SEMESTER: May 6th - June 15th
(Get ready for summer)
4TH SEMESTER: July 8th - August 16th
(Mid-summer BLAST)
5TH SEMESTER: September 3rd - October 12th
(Back to school & football season)
6TH SEMESTER: November 4th - December 21st*
*Week off November 25th - 20th
