How do you stay balanced?
I fluctuate in weight some. I may not sway too far from my happy weight, but it’s all because of balance! I have learned that many years ago going super strict on my nutrition sent me in so many wrong directions! I was unhappy seeing people eat “bad” food while I ate healthy food and I felt super deprived! I would then cave and binge eat which in turn had me feeling even worse! I have never been on any specific diet bc it’s just not my style! I don’t follow and never have followed any fad diets! So what works for me???? BALANCE!!!
I eat donuts, I eat cake balls, I eat cookies, I eat Taco Bell, I eat chips and dip ...just to name a few of my favorites. I workout 30-60mins on most days and I generally eat healthy and yep I eat unhealthy in MODERATION probably at least once or twice weekly! This BALANCE works for me to keep a good balance of what I want for my body physically, but also keeps me mentally balanced and not moody and deprived!
