ices, meditation and rituals. There are often schools & Universities within Mandirs, such as our Yoga Teacher Training School & multiple trainings as a means to activate self freedom and respect the diversity of all.

What does it really mean to study ourselves?
We can read all of the sacred texts cover to cover, chant all of the most beautiful mantras and pass a university-level Sanskrit exam, but if all of this book-work isn’t accompanied by self-reflection, or, as Thich Nhat Hanh calls it, Mindful Looking, what do we gain?

The practice of Svadhyaya invites us to turn that mindful gaze inward.

Not to judge what we find, but to become curious. To notice our patterns. To recognize where we stumble. To meet ourselves honestly, again and again.

Perhaps the practice is not about reaching a point where we no longer stumble, but about learning to recognize when we have, and gently finding our way back to the path.

Svadhyaya: self-study. The practice of knowing ourselves.

Natarajasana • Dancer Pose

A practice of balance, strength, and surrender.

Dancer pose invites us to find steadiness in the midst of movement.

It teaches us that balance is not about being perfectly still, but moving with. It is about staying present, adapting, and meeting each moment with grace.

This heart-opening and balancing backward-bend:

✨ Strengthens the legs and core
✨ Opens the chest, shoulders, and hips
✨ Improves focus and coordination
✨ Cultivates patience, confidence, and inner balance

A reminder that when we trust ourselves, we can dance through the changes that life offers.

Creative Force🌀
Kundalini Yoga uses sound, movement, breath, relaxation, and meditation to charge your vitality and move through subconscious blocks. This practice is known to enhance the radiance, lucidity, and resiliency often needed to complete artistic projects. Through breathwork, we build the pranic force to clear mental fatigue and clarify the mind. We’ll also use targeted actions and movement to expand and direct energy — cultivating self-awareness and inspiration along the way.
