Empire Gymnastics was built for families, by a family over 20 years ago with the sole purpose of providing a fun place for kids to learn, grow, & thrive. We have a variety of student-focused programs that allow participants to have fun while learning & building character through the physical & mental challenges of this sport. Empire offers students of all ages the chance to defy gravity in a safe

environment with a uniquely structured system that blends the art & science of movement & emphasizes proper skill development.
