Happy 50th Earthday! 🗺 How will you be impactful today?

I challenge you all to think about your daily impact on the plant and how you can better take care of yourself and your Mother Earth. Every action, every thought & every bite you take makes a difference!

Some ideas:

•drive mess and walk more. Less smog for the planet. More exercise for you.
•replace a plant protein meal with a meatless meal. Have eggs for breakfast and a steak for dinner, but choose an all veggie salad for lunch.
•turn off the lights in rooms that you aren’t in. Less wasted energy. Less wasted money.
•use a refillable water bottle. Less plastic bottles to buy and less money to spend. REPOST:
