We hope this message finds you all in great health and high spirits. Today, we are thrilled to share some exciting news regarding a new chapter for our beloved studio. Change is in the air, and it's all about growth, evolution, and staying true to our commitment to provide you with the best barre fitness experience possible.

We are excited to announce a nationwide merger in the barre community, The Barre Code
will be transitioning into
barre3, another incredible barre fitness studio. But that's not all! We have the pleasure of introducing you to our new owner, Morgan Moone, who currently owns three other
barre3 studios in the vibrant city of New Orleans. Morgan is deeply passionate about the Barre3 philosophy and shares our dedication to your health and well-being.

We want you to know that this transition comes with full support from us. We believe that Morgan's expertise and experience will elevate your fitness experience, and we can't wait to see all the amazing things this change will bring.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. National Breast Cancer Awareness Month dates back to October 1985, when the first organized movement to bring attention to the dangers of breast cancer occurred in the United States. As a women-owned and led company, we care about women’s health and wellbeing. Research shows that women who take part in physical exercise have a lower risk of breast cancer (source: cancer.gov). We celebrate the survivors and warriors all month long and invite you to come to the studio to move your body in service of a long and healthy life. 💝🎀🎗️
