Uptown Jazzercise of New Orleans Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. When you hear Jazzercise you think legwarmers and leotards, right?

It’s a calorie-torching, hip swiveling, Shakira’d-be-proud dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn. Or a workout for your Mom but not for you? We admit our workouts got so popular in the 80’s that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It’s true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards—and the 80’s—are long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers.
