Monday/Tuesday November 22nd-23rd 4:00PM-9:00PM (30 min dinner)
Wednesday November 24th 10:00AM-3:00PM (30 min lunch)
Hitting Stations
● 1-3 Advanced Hitting Drills At Each Station
● 15-20 Minutes Per Station
● Multiple Rounds Of BP At Each Station From Coach And Pitching Machine
● Stations Will Be Broken Into Hitting Techniques/Visual Tracking/Hitting Different Locations/Hitting Breaking Ball and Offspeed Pitches/Analytics/etc.
● 1200+ Swings Over 3 Days Total
● Hitting Instruction Each Day 1 Hour/3.5 Hours Hitting Stations/30 Minutes Food Break
