While two of our teammates were representing us and competing abroad, the action continued right here on the island with the 7th edition of the Goldmine Run & Walk 5K 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️⛰️

Despite the heavy rain in the early morning hours, nothing could stop the participants from showing up and taking on the challenge 🌧️💪 The wet conditions made the trail even more challenging, but everyone pushed through with determination.

A big congratulations to everyone who participated and a special shout-out to our teammates for stepping up and taking on this tough trail. Another challenge completed, another finish line crossed and another great experience to remember🦵🏽🏁

And of course, congratulations to all the winners 🏆👏 Your strong performances and determination truly paid off.

He’ll be taking on one of the fastest half marathon courses, officially certified by World Athletics and AIMS. Thanks to its flat, sea-level layout, the course is widely recognized as the fastest half marathon course in Latin America — The Buenos Aires halfmarathon 🇦🇷, the perfect stage to test your limits and chase a strong performance.

Jaydrick, all the hard work, discipline, early mornings and kilometers you’ve put in have brought you to this moment. Tomorrow, trust your training, believe in yourself, stay focused and leave everything out there on the course🏁.

This Sunday, two Team THRE athletes will check off another international race 🌎🔥

🇦🇷 Jaydrick takes on the Half Marathon in Argentina, while 🇵🇪 Jethro races the 10K in Peru.

The work has been done. The kilometers have been logged. The early mornings, tough sessions, sacrifices and preparation have all led to this moment. Now it’s time to trust the training, enjoy the experience and race with confidence. 💪🏃‍♂️

WE CAME, WE SAW, WE CONQUERED 🇦🇼🔥

Another international race in the pocket — La Carrera del Pacífico, Calí Colombia🇪🇨🏅🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️

What a race! Well organized, an amazing atmosphere and lots of strong and fast runners. We started with some heavy rain and slippery roads, but the skies cleared up and we were ready to race! 💪🏽

Team THRE delivered a strong performance despite the challenging conditions. A special shout-out to Jethro & Rebecca, proudly representing Aruba and the Aruba Athletic Federation. 🇦🇼👏🏽

Proud of all our fellow Aruban runners and a big thank you to all the fans and supporters for the great energy along the way🪇🇦🇼🙌🏽

And of course, a special thank you to Coach Ludwig for the daily training schedules, guidance and support that keep us prepared and ready to perform. 🙏🏽🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️
