Turning Away From Pressure ⚽️ This is an excellent drill to develop awareness when receiving the ball and maintaining composure under pressure. The attacker bounces a wall pass to themselves while the defender presses them on either side. Attackers should check their shoulder and turn away from pressure before accelerating through a gate. Tag a teammate who you’d beat in this 👀

Footwork & Dribbling Race ⚽️⚡️
Competition is where training comes to life. This race challenges players to combine close control, quick feet, and sharp decision-making—all while performing at game speed.
Tag a teammate you’d beat in this one 👀

Escaping Pressure 1v2 ⚽️ This is an excellent drill to develop awareness and control under pressure, especially for attacking players. How often do you find yourself being pressed by multiple players? If you can escape this type of pressure, options open up for you all over the field ⚽️

Player Testimonial: London Landry ⚽️ London has been training with us for the last few months preparing for her first year as a college soccer player. This year she will be attending Colorado State University and we are so excited to follow her on her journey! Always a pleasure to work with, she has developed and sharpened key skills that will help her be the best she can be. Thank you London for trusting us to help you grow and we look forward to seeing what’s to come!

Lateral Defending & Shot Blocking ⚽️ Being a good defender is often about understanding the situation and making the right choice. Sometimes stepping in for a tackle leaves you vulnerable. Keeping the attacker in front of you, moving your feet laterally and preparing to block shots is just as important as making tackles. Tag a teammate who needs this 👇🏻
