To overcome this hesitation and regain your “go for it” attitude:
Work on mental flexibility. Visualization techniques and mindfulness (breathing, presence) can help manage anxiety and boost your mental strength which lessens the chance of injury.
Build a strong support system. Lean on your coaches, teammates, and mental coaches and the tools they’ve shared with you for encouragement and guidance.
Remember, your gallbladder energy is about courage and decision-making. As you go through each practice exercise a “go for it” mentality in drills. In other words, mental rep that makes that mindset easy in games.
