I didn’t come from a Turkey Trot family but a Turkey Trot family will come from me! Airo even did his first 1 mile fun run today 🙌🏽 + I ran my fastest outdoor 5K — this was the BEST time and now the Turkey Trot will be how we start our Thanksgiving holiday every year 🦃🥰

I changed my life through running and strength training. I dropped over 80 lbs, rebuilt my body, and reversed conditions like insulin resistance and pre-diabetes. But none of it happened overnight.
