I’m facilitating Restorative Yoga tomorrow for the 1st time after foot surgery! 🦶 SUPER excited to focus on rest.
In Restorative Yoga, you practice intentionally moving your body into a down regulated state. With repeated practice, you can access the parasympathetic throughout the day, when you need to. 🙏🏻🧘🏾 It’s a pretty amazing skill.
