To our incredibly supportive, energetic, fiery community, we are overwhelmed with emotion to share that we will be closing our doors later this Spring, exact date TBD. These last 5 years have been beyond more than we could have ever imagined when concepting this sweaty space just before a global pandemic would set in. We’ve been served our fair share of challenges, but nothing could stop this fire from burning. We went from an idea on paper, to quarantine Facebook flows to packed classes with your smiling faces day in, day out. Fire Flow became our way of life.

To every instructor who’s taken the lead, to our amazing Fire Department who has kept the space immaculate, to every vendor who saw opportunity, to every Member who committed, to every client who brought more fire, we are grateful for you.

This isn’t just a business, it’s been a community and an opportunity to give back. We will miss our routines and our people and thus we won’t say goodbye, but just thank you, and see you soon🧡Come get your flows in & let’s go out with a bang🔥
