F3 New Orleans

F3 New Orleans F3 is Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Our bootcamp style workouts are outdoors, free of charge, and

F3 was started in 2011 in North Carolina by a bunch of guys who grew weary of the loneliness of the solo gym workout. They discovered that the camaraderie of a group workout with friends is a far better motivator than going it alone or paying someone to work you out. The five Core Principles of F3:

* Workouts are free.
* F3 groups are open to all men.
* Workouts take place at publicly-accessible,

outdoor locations.
* Workouts are 45-60min and emphasize body-weight exercises and constant motion.
* Workouts are led by participants. The fellowship that comes from involvement with an F3 group also brings a deepened sense of faith for many participants. The F3 approach is making a difference in the lives in hundreds of men, ages 20 to 60+. Our New Orleans F3 PAX, launched in 2014, now has work-outs 7 days a week, with many days with multiple work-outs at different sites each morning. Our sites (or as we call them, AOs) range from Audubon Park, City Park, Pontiff Playground, Gretna, Metairie Lakefront, Kenner, Mandeville, and Covington.
