Do Not Wait!!! Teams are being formed!!!
2026 Fall registration is now open for the Middletown Eagles football and cheer season. It is only $50 upfront to register. We are using a new platform where all of your paperwork will be done online. You must upload your child's birth certificate in order to register. The only thing you will have to hand in to us are your 2 checks made out for $200 and post dated 11/1/2026. Those checks are for volunteer time and equipment return. Your child will not practice if the checks are not turned in. Payment plans are available. Competition uniforms will be a separate charge.
