Join us on Memorial Day as we take on the “Murph” in honor of Michael Murphy, who gave his life serving our country on June 28, 2005.

Mike’s favorite workout that he originally named “Body Armor”. This one is tough—mentally and physically—but that’s the point. You don’t have to be elite to show up. You just have to be willing to try and Armor up with us!

Whether you go all out, scale it back, or walk part of that mile… you’re part of it. We do it together.

Push when it’s hard. Lean on the people next to you. Finish proud. And remember why we do it. 🇺🇸

If you placed your order prior to 4/20 we will be at the gym tomorrow 4/28 from 4pm-8pm and Wednesday 10am-12pm for pickup!
If this time slot doesn’t work for you please reach out to us and we will accommodate or set it aside for you if you already paid!
