You asked… I am delivering! I normally break for the summer to recharge, study and pursue some travel . I am, however, able to do a few pop-up classes this summer, and these will be available in New Milford. We now have air-in conditioning in the room. Class size is kept small, only 10 spots available . So sign up now for any or all of these the registration is currently online or you can go in person to the Park And Rec. As of this morning,6/9  there were only five spots left in each class… so no pressure, but if you’re interested, I would sign up sooner than later!

I will be offering Pop-up yoga as the weather gets nicer. There’s no schedule, no need to sign up way in advance… I would send a text and I would just need a commitment to know that I have enough people to run a class the night before. There would be no need to respond to the text if you’re not interested just to let me know if you are interested… It would be dependent on my schedule as well as obviously the weather.
I already have a list started of people currently taking my classes, but if you would like to be added to that list, please send me a private message with your cell phone number. This would be ongoing during the warmer months probably outdoors unless I find a place where we could meet indoors. 🕉️ message me with any questions and hope to see you, soon!

It is absolutely one of my favorite places to work and working with Matt, The Director has been an absolute pleasure. Kent has a wonderful camp program filled with great activities in a beautiful setting and Matt is so easy-going and great to work with. Please share if you know of a college student or a teacher who is looking for summer work or anyone looking to work in there after school program .😊

Classes are ongoing in Kent for mindful yoga. You can drop in and just try a class or register for a complete session. Message me for details… This is a lovely group of chill yogis, friendly, and non-competitive. The Kent community center is a beautiful venue for our practice. Hope to meet you on the mat soon. 💖
