Was another 1970's Disco Day at The Club! Was a blast!!! Made the day extra "Sunny" to dance to "Rasputin". We "Boogie Oogie Oogie" 'd to the "Y.M.C.A" and "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)". When you feel the need to release some energy, why not sweat and shout it out and shake your b***y to some REALLY good Solid Gold? Was such a fun class with an awesome turnout. Music and movement therapy!

We want to welcome Maggie Lucian to NMFAC! Maggie will be subbing in for Naty as needed. She's a Certified Zumba Instructor, an empathetic and highly passionate individual with an extremely high positive outlook and loves to have fun. She has been dancing her whole life and is classically trained in Tap, Jazz, Modern, Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Barchata, Hip Hop, Belly Dancing, and Lyrical, just to name a few. She is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in private practice that loves to incorporate movement/ dance therapy into her work with others. Dancing and rocking out to the rhythm is her coping skill. Could it be yours? Let the music move you to find out! She's here to get the party started!
