Great showing for No-Limits own Matt Kryspin who took 1st in the 165 lb Open Class today. Matt stepped up when he had to as with this 485 pr Deadlift. Congrats Matt on a great day.

Please be advised that On Monday, June 3 from 9am - 5pm motor vehicle traffic will be diverted from Route 7 onto Route 202 in the area from New Milford to Exit 12 in Brookfield to facilitate the filming of scenes for “Summer House.” State and local Police will be coordinating the traffic control while the detour is in effect. This will cause delays - Please give yourself extra time to reach your destination- Please take caution when in the area- Please plan accordingly for Monday

Faith Prep Lifters come up BIG!
Senior Jordan Jackson and Sophmore Dylan Truini lifted BIG this past weekend at the USAPL Ryan Moore New England States High School Nationals in Westwood, MA.

Jordan placed First in her weight class and hit PRs in the Bench Press and Deadlift. This marks the last High School Meet for Jordan after a great 4 years on the Faith team.

Dylan placed Third as a Sophmore, even after being placed in a division with upper classmen and after moving up a weight class. Dylan could not have had a better day hitting PRs on all three lifts and on his total. The future is very bright for this young man.

Congrats to both of you on your great day!

It was an honor to work with these two lifters this weekend at the 9th Annual St. Johns High School Classic in Shrewsbury, MA. Pictured below (Dylan Truini, Coach - Rob Delavega, Jordan Jackson).
This was Dylans first meet ever and he placed 1st in his weight class against a tough field of competitors. He could not have handled his first meet any better posting some big numbers that he will surely be improving on as he is just a Sophmore at Faith Prep. His future is very bright!
Jordan is a Senior at Faith Prep and started her year with a bang posting PRs in the Squat and Deadlift. She also took 1st place in her weight class. She will be looking to hit some big milestones in the 3 lifts in the next meet we have planned for March.
Congrats to Dylan and Jordan on your days accomplishments!

All are welcomed regardless of the school you attend, current ability or knowledge about lifting. You will learn and get stronger - I promise!

Finally getting to see my boy Matt Kryspin competing. We are up in Agawam, MA for USAPL Wetsern Massacre Meet. Matt just massacred a pr squat, lol. He is lifting great!

Congrats to No-Limit Lifter Eoin Kavanagh on his performance at the USAPL Summer Showdown Powerlifting Meet. Eoin showed me some guts today while under adversity which you cannot teach. Good to see from a young lifter. Looking to build on today with his next meet in November. All arrows point up on his future. Proud of you Big O!
