I did not win to move on to the next round, however, I want to recognize Trumbull Area Sports Networkfor bringing attention to our local high school sports teams and photographers. They really do a lot to recognize smaller schools who often get overlooked by other media and it’s so appreciated by us Springfield fans. Hi all- I need your support, can you all take a moment today and vote for me in a photo contest? It’s under my personal name, Amy Mericle.

Heres how to do it… go to Trumbull Area Sports Network, their Instagram page and their story - it’s a little confusing, it runs through a few pics, set up like a bracket so I’m up against another photographer to go to the next bracket, once my picture comes up against another photographer’s photo, you have to click on my name under best picture- it’s a poll. You can also do it through Facebook the same way if you don’t have instagram, just follow the prompt to take you to the instagram story.

The context is for action photography at a high school sporting event…The voting for me to move on is for today only.
