🏐 WE ARE HIRING: Junior High Volleyball Coach! 🏐
Are you passionate about developing young athletes and building a positive team culture? We are looking for a dedicated Junior High Volleyball Coach to lead, mentor, and inspire our 12–14-year-old student-athletes!
Key Responsibilities:
*Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill development
*Plan and run structured, age-appropriate practices
*Manage team logistics and supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and travel
*Communicate effectively with our Athletic Director, parents, and players
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience coaching middle school, club, or sub-varsity volleyball—OR playing experience at the high school level
*Strong knowledge of volleyball mechanics, rotation rules, serve/receive strategies, and fundamentals
*Ability to teach, motivate, and mentor middle school athletes
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain before the first contest)
*Ability to pass a State of Michigan background check/fingerprint clearance
