We're going to "Push" through December 🎄 like never before! Beginning on December 1st, complete 5 push ups ❄❄❄❄❄. Each day after add on two more to the previous days total - Day 1 ❄❄❄❄❄, Day 2 ❄❄❄❄❄➕❄❄ , Day 3 ❄❄❄❄❄❄❄➕❄❄, etc.

Athletes who complete all 31 days 📅 of push ups will be entered into a gift card 🎁raffle!
