Studio Air Quality Update 🌬

With the smoke from the Canadian wildfires reaching our area, we'll be keeping the studio windows closed until the air quality improves.

We'll be running the AC along with the industrial air purifiers in both studios to help keep the air as fresh and clean as possible. For heated classes, the AC will be turned off just before class begins and the heat will be turned on, while the air purifiers will continue running throughout class.

As always, please do what's best for your body. If you choose to practice with us, we'll do everything we can to provide a clean, comfortable space for you.
