This past weekend I was fortunate enough to enter in my first ever taxidermy competition. What a nerve racking, fun, humbling experience. Finally I got enough courage to give it a whirl. I entered a deer in the professional division and took home a 2nd place ribbon. I also entered a customer mount in the commercial division and earned a 1st place ribbon.

I wanna thank the Wisconsin Taxidermist Association for a great show and it's members for a great time, great competition, with so many amazing taxidermist! Also would love to thank my wife Katie Wildenberg for letting me chasing my dream!

Thank you to Christopher Wallace Wings and Things Taxidermy, for believing in a guy 9 years ago that never mounted a thing in his life! You told me from the start to stay humble and never stop learning! I would also like to thank everyone that has helped me get to this point, from instructors, fellow taxidermists, and to my customers, I appreciate you all!
