Parker's Livery Stable LLC located on the L7 just finished Beginner's Horse Camp. We had a tremendously good time! Kids learned basic horse safety, grooming, tacking, ground work, and riding. Activities included crafts, games, songs, a cookout, and LOTS of fun! This camp wouldn't have been possible without the help of Patty Poor, Julia Hazeldean, Ginger Craigo, Melissa Walters, Lila, Maddie, and Molly Hopperton, Aubrey Brown, Sara, Riley, Charlsie. I have a great team!!

Parker's Livery Stable LLC is going to close for a couple of weeks so these sweet horses and tired adults can have a break after three weeks of camp. We haven't raised our rates since we opened in 2007. When we reopen on July 20, 2023, we are raising our fee just $5. Let me know if you want to schedule for after the break.

This alone is worth the trip to Columbus. What an incredible horseman and a good human being. I see him every chance I get. He will be at Road to the Horse in March, then Equine Affaire in April. Because he splits his time between the US and Australia, it's good to take these opportunities!

Valentine's Day seems like the perfect time to launch the start of our clinician announcements for the Ohio event because we're pretty sure you're gonna love them all! Summer Horse Camp Announcement!!! Parker's Livery Stable LLC will hold Beginner Camp for ages 6 and up from 9:00-2:30 on the following days:June 19, 20, 22, and 23. The cost of $275 is for all four days and includes lunch and a snack, horseback riding lessons, horsemanship classes, crafts, games, and a camp shirt!! Helmets are required and will be supplied if students don't have their own. Camp this year will be held at the new L7 location in Owen County, Ky, which includes a beautiful 72x120' barn with a public restroom, classroom, and arena, as well as a 240 acre campus. A $50 deposit is required to hold a spot. These spots fill up quickly, so call or text 859-991-3404 for additional info. Stay tuned for details about the Intermediate Camp.

We had a new record ride at the L7 tonight! Ten riders on 10 sweet horses! What a beautiful evening to ride. Will be so glad to get electric in the barn. We unsaddled and put away tack by flashlight, again. I loved the energy in the barn tonight. Kids helping each other with grooming and tack, parents helping their kids, parents helping other people's kids.....Parents, thanks for trusting your most prized possessions to me and my sweet horses. This is a dream come true for me! This was my granddaughter Charlie's first trail ride with me. We rode all the way around the big ridge! So proud of her, and she lived it!
