🚀 6 Months of Hard Work = Huge Gains! 💪🏈

When Tristain started training with me back in December 2024, he was kicking 35–40 yard field goals. Fast forward 6 months, and he’s now consistently hitting 50 yarders. That’s a 15 yard improvement in distance!

But that’s not all.
