🚨 NEW CLASS COMING TO NLSC 🚨

Starting Monday, July 6th!

We’re excited to introduce our new EMOM Strength & Conditioning Class every:

✅ Monday
✅ Wednesday
✅ Thursday
⏰ 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM

So… what is an EMOM?

EMOM = Every Minute On The Minute

At the start of each minute, you’ll complete a specific movement or number of reps. Once you finish, you get the remainder of the minute to recover before starting the next exercise.

Why do we love EMOM training?

🔥 Builds strength and endurance simultaneously

Beginning this Saturday, join us at No Limit Strength & Conditioning as we take on a different Hero WOD each week throughout the summer. These workouts are designed to challenge us physically while reminding us of the sacrifice, courage, and service behind each hero’s story.
