We are a Health Club with everything you need. We have a large co-ed weight area containing Body Masters machines, Hoist and Hammer Strength equipment, and free weights with dumbbells that go up to 150 lbs; a seperate women-only area with an aerobics floor, cardio equipment, free weights, and a Body Masters all-in-one weight station; a cardio room containing Precor treadmills, ellipticals, AMTs (A

daptive Motion Trainer), recumbent and upright bikes; an outdoor junior Olympic sized lap pool which is open throughout the warmest part of the year; two indoor racquetball courts that can be used at any time; and men's and women's separate locker rooms with showering facilities and wet areas. We also offer group exercise classes year-round; look on our page for the latest times. The sports shop offers Dynamic shirts and training accessories. We also sell RTD protein and sports drinks. Jeanna Elizabeth's hair salon is located inside the club. COMING SOON- Tanning, Spin Classes, and Fitness on Demand!
