We are a Health Club with everything you need. We have a large co-ed weight area containing Body Masters machines, Hoist and Hammer Strength equipment, and free weights with dumbbells that go up to 150 lbs; a seperate women-only area with an aerobics floor, cardio equipment, free weights, and a Body Masters all-in-one weight station; a cardio room containing Precor treadmills, ellipticals, AMTs (A

daptive Motion Trainer), recumbent and upright bikes; an outdoor junior Olympic sized lap pool which is open throughout the warmest part of the year; two indoor racquetball courts that can be used at any time; and men's and women's separate locker rooms with showering facilities and wet areas. We also offer group exercise classes year-round; look on our page for the latest times. The sports shop offers Dynamic shirts and training accessories. We also sell RTD protein and sports drinks.
