We’re exactly 8 days from the biggest and best fitness show on SAND arrives and we’re about to raise the stakes.

BBB’s special beach workout will feature a whole lot of girl power: BBB’s power trainer trio of Adib, Rob, and Annie.

Now it’s your turn to fill up the beach for the workout at JONES BEACH, FIELD 2 on June 24th at 8:30 AM.

We will have unlimited attendance, and you can BOOK the class right now on the BBB App. All you have to do is go to the New Hyde Park location, go to Saturday, June 24th, and the “BEACH WORKOUT” is there for 8:30 AM.

Better Body’s Outdoor Workout Series continues and this will mark BBB’s second-ever beach workout. You’re not going to want to miss that.

NHP underwent a remarkable transformation into the ultimate fitness hub as it hosted its second-ever incredible DEKA STRONG. It was the FOURTH DEKA event at Better Body, and doubt was never a factor.

Drawing over 60 enthusiastic Better Body members, this intense challenge boasted 10 functional fitness zones, devoid of any running.

🔥MURPH CHALLENGE FIRE🔥
Forget the BBQs and the POOL. The real Memorial Day fireworks are happening in NHP this year.

The 3rd Annual BBB Murph Challenge is leveling in 2023. The ultra-intense fitness event is RETURNING to the super friendly confines of Better Body New Hyde Park’s Parking Lot on Monday (5/29) at 9 AM, and we’re challenging the ENTIRE BBB UNIVERSE to join the festivities.

If you’re not familiar with the MUPRH CHALLENGE, we have a quick rundown.

You MUST complete the following to successfully conquer the challenge:
1️⃣ One-mile run
2️⃣ 100 pull-ups
3️⃣ 200 push-ups
4️⃣ 300 squats

Of course, the BBB team will add the Better Body touch for extra spiciness.

How do you join the fitness party on Memorial Day?
