We are a strength and conditioning company which provides strength training and physical education services to high schools in the tri-state area. Our training methodology combines traditional methods of strength training with the latest information on human biomechanics and mental preparation. Our goal is to do more than simply coach our clients to achieve physical change, our goal is to use the

experience of their physical achievements to teach them how to grow in other areas of their life; mentally, socially, academically, and so on. As a company, we believe in practicing what we preach, which means living a healthy lifestyle and setting a good example for the students we work with by challenging ourselves to be better every day.
