I'm working my way through Get to Know Joe Pilates, a biography by Cathy Barker Strack. The book is full of well-researched history on Joseph Pilates and his life, work, and legacy.

Cathy will be at our studio on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 7:00pm for a Pilates history presentation and book signing. DM us if you'd like to attend!
