NEW HAVEN PILATES is a fitness studio dedicated to body movement. Using the classical Pilates technique and utilizing modern corrective core exercises, clients build inner core strength, confidence and a physique that proves it. NHP has Reformer/Tower combo machines, wunda/stability chairs as well as many small fitness equipment used in sessions and classes.
