Good morning everyone! As most of you know, today we will be meeting at 200 Wintergreen for those of you registered for Jit-Jitsu. Today we will be holding a no-gi class. This simply means that we will be training without the Gi (uniform) so wear either athletic shorts or pants and a tee shirt. Take this time to make sure you wash your Gi's and belts as we will be back to Gi on Monday! See you soon!

As we continue to work through the final details of our boxing schedule/location I just wanted to take the time to wish you all a happy new year! Friday the 5th will be the first day we will start at the new location. It will be a soft opening of the program, and we will get right back into full training on that following Tuesday. I will update the schedule on the sports you app so everyone knows the time and location once everything is finalized. We will start up Jiu-Jitsu again on Wednesday the 3rd. See you all soon, and feel free to message me here or on my phone if you have any questions.

This Saturday, we will be canceling class. We would like to invite all of our kids to attend the Trunk-Or-Treat which will be hosted before the NHPD vs NHFD flag football game.

The trunk or Treat will be on the 28th from 12:00pm to 2:15pm at Wilbur Crosss!

Feel free to dress up in your best Halloween costume. There will be numerous vehicles available to see and candy to collect! Hope you all get a chance to enjoy and stick around for the game!
