What an incredible day at our UMAC Championship this Saturday! 🏆🥋

We are beyond proud of every student who stepped onto the mat and gave it their all. From powerful kicks and sharp forms to sparring, breaking, and showing amazing sportsmanship — our students represented what martial arts is truly about: courage, perseverance, respect, and heart. 💙

A huge congratulations to all of our competitors! Winning medals is exciting, but the biggest victory is having the confidence to step out of your comfort zone, challenge yourself, and grow.

Thank you to our amazing instructors, staff, volunteers, and families who helped make the day possible. It truly takes a team, and we are so grateful for this incredible UMAC family.

This week was all about bringing families together on the mat — and it did not disappoint. From parents jumping into drills, to holding targets, to laughing through workouts… the energy was incredible.

Our students got to show off their skills, our parents got a real feel for what training is all about, and together we created moments that go way beyond the mat.

At United Martial Arts Centers, our students learn important life skills both on and off the mat. Through training, kids develop discipline, focus, and perseverance while building confidence and self-esteem. They learn how to set goals, work hard, and never give up — even when things get challenging.

Black Belt Graduation – Saturday 🥋🖤

This past Saturday was an unforgettable day as we celebrated Black Belt Graduation! Months (and for many, years) of hard work, discipline, and perseverance all led up to this moment.

Watching each student step forward to receive their black belt was truly inspiring. Every stripe, every class, every challenge along the way helped shape these martial artists into the leaders they are today. A black belt is not just a rank—it’s a symbol of dedication, resilience, and the commitment to keep learning.

We are incredibly proud of all of our graduates and grateful to the instructors, families, and teammates who supported them on their journey. The path doesn’t end here—this is just the beginning of the next chapter.

🌎🥋 Spring Break Camp at UMAC: Calendar Chaos – World Out of Balance! 🥋🌎

Uh-oh… the calendar has fallen into CHAOS! 😱

We’ve stopped taking care of our planet, the seasons are spinning out of control, and a mysterious holiday portal has pulled our campers right into the adventure! 🌪️🎃🎄☀️❄️

Throughout the week, campers will complete themed challenges inspired by different holidays as they work together to:
✅ Restore balance to the seasons
✅ Solve interactive missions
✅ Train like martial arts heroes
✅ Build teamwork, confidence, and leadership
