TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ☀️
One of the perks my Founding Members receive is a monthly body scan — but they get to decide how they want to use it.
This member chose patience.
She didn’t need to scan every month or obsess over every little change. She wanted to give herself time, stay consistent, work hard, and then see what her body had accomplished.
And as she very proudly put it:
“I’ve been working really hard!”
YES. YOU. HAVE. 👏
From April to August 31:
8 lbs down
But the scale is only a tiny piece of this transformation.
💪 Body fat: ↓ 8.4%
💪 Skeletal muscle: ↑ 4.8%
🦴 Bone mass: ↑ 0.5 lb
💪 Subcutaneous fat: ↓ 6% (think belly area)
💪 Visceral fat: ↓ 4% (fat around the vital organs, Heart, liver etc)
That last one is especially worth celebrating. Visceral fat is the fat stored around our internal organs, so we’re not just talking about changes you can see.
We’re talking about what is happening inside the body, too.
And this didn’t happen from one big change.
She has stayed committed to 2–3 workouts a week here at the studio, while also making changes outside of it. She credits increasing her protein, being more mindful of what she eats, and simply staying active with her family as important parts of her progress.
THAT is what I want to highlight.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s not about living at the studio. And it’s definitely not about letting one number on the scale determine whether your hard work is paying off.
Yes, there is an 8-pound difference between these scans. But look at the strength she has gained and the changes happening in the foundational structure of her body.
That deserves to be celebrated.
Consistency. Patience with yourself. Being mindful of how you fuel your body. Staying active. And supporting the people around you.
Those things add up.
Because when you support the people beside you in their journey, something pretty great happens…
They start supporting you in yours, too.
Give our Founding Member a BIG hand. She earned this one. 👏👏👏
