Seeking optimal utilization of mindset and body in a tenacious pursuit of excellence. This is a client pay by session or package business.

The idea behind All Your Might is that you are able to come in and get a focused workout with limited distraction. Clients will come in, pick a station to listen to on pandora radio, get a description of the workout complete with demonstrations when needed, and participate in a 45 minute to 1 hour long session. The idea for the name of All Your Might comes from a personal philosophy of mine that

I like to share with our clients in attempts to encourage them to do the same. Whatever crosses your path, do it with ALL YOUR MIGHT!!! It doesn't matter what is in front of you whether you are skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced, or whether it is your first time, the effort should still be the same. I believe a lot of times in life we let fear hold us back from attempting something new. Whether that's more weight on the barbell, a new job, or a completely different activity, an open and willing mind is necessary to attempt anything. The people at All Your Might understand that in order to achieve anything, you must go at it with everything you've got inside of you. An individual's full potential is only reached when we look deep inside our known abilities and see if we can take another step. I want everyone who walks through my door to reach that next step. Story time:

The summer before I got the offer at my current teaching job I applied to 70 different schools all over the state of Pennsylvania.

I had an excel sheet that I color coded:

Red: Haven't heard from them in two weeks. (Give them a call and follow up.)
Yellow: Haven't heard from them in one week.
Green: Applied and believe I'll get an interview.
Purple: Got an interview.
Blue: Got a second interview.

I applied to every phys ed job that was available. I turned over every rock.

I scratched and clawed.

I was told "you have to know someone" more times than I can remember.

Then it happened. I got an offer to a district where I knew absolutely no one. A school 200 miles away from where I lived at the time.

All because I strapped up and refused to take "no" for an answer.

Seriously, what is your off season training plan?

Because if it doesn't include single leg movements, you're missing the boat 🚢.

This game is played on one leg. It’s a sport that heavily uses the traits of balance and stability. We NEED to strengthen the muscles in our foot and ankle. We NEED to become stronger on single leg movement patterns. 🔨

If you think doing a few squats and running a little this off season will cut it, you've really only scratched the surface. Let me work with you to build the complete hockey player!
