Yoga Sculpt is the perfect combination of flow and fitness. Cultivate connection between the body and mind while focusing on building strength and balance. This class incorporates light weights and props to increase heart rate, improve circulation, strengthen and tone. Wednesdays at 6pm at Studio ‘533 in New Egypt.
