May 31st new gym called Iron Claw (new Ownership) is taking over the facility that has the RedKilo gym Email was sent to members letting them know of this change. The new gym will retain some of the key pieces of equipment minus the powerlifting, strongman, performance and Cardio equipment. Any equipment not involved in the sales transaction will not be for sale.. The ER racks, Kilo plates etc are not for sale. I sincerely appreciate the members of Red Kilo. We had a good amount that was with us from the very start that saw it grow as a basic empty 4000 k space to a facility where we had to buy outside shed for the additional equipment. Why am I not selling the equipment because I am going to let a few members take the ER racks for training. It was time for me to step away after almost 5 years. I want more time with my family, my career is more demanding and I want to focus way more time on BJJ with my son. I was approached about selling it and did not hesitate to as I knew this was for the best.

I and grant spent the last few weeks updating the website. He did an amazing job. You need website work and photos he is the guy. The objective to convey the mission of Focus, Train, Succeed no matter your Fitness goals. Red Kilo 326 Pleasantview Road New Cumberland) started off 100 percent focused on powerlifting. The business and my outlook Changed. You can still lift heavy use chalk and go all out. However we want other athletes like BJJ, Grappler, Young kids/adults and People just who want to get in better shape in general and tired of the same gyms with the same equipment. My dog Sydney is my biggest supporter. She does watch me train a lot. But I also give her snacks so that might be it. These are great for building the abs and indirectly the shoulders and triceps. This is considered part of my plank rotation. Planks on the Bosa ball, standing rollouts . You have a weak trunk.. ur posture and brace is weak and translates to when u get heavy failing the lift or getting hurt. , , ,

.barbellfitness ..This is basically a 10 day pass (22 dollars for anyone looking to train. Starts March 6 to March 31. Not 10 visits. Pass for 10 days. Direct message me if interested. We will be open on January 25,2026. Please park under the overhang. All these gyms are closing.. OK.. We are not closing, I have members that need to train, they have goals and it’s my job to support them and I need to uphold that standard. So if ur a non- member and you want to train it will be 15 dollars and need to contact me first. I will be training tomorrow not sitting at home.

Come watch some Great Powerlifting (Squat, bench deadlift) hosted by and the .barbellfitness On January 17, 2026 starting at 9AM to approximately 3PM. 326 Pleasantview Road New Cumberland Pa). We have 35 highly trained and driven lifters going for Personal, State, National and even World Records. Entry fee is 15 dollars and for coaches (1 coach per lifter -10 dollars). We unlike many places want you to use these benefits at our gym. The first video discusses Tivity and Gym Pass.. The second video shows the different equipment that we have.
