I was looking through my old photos and found this one on the right when I took it right after starting my prep, three months after my silicone prosthetic breast surgery. I had not trained for three months and decided to come back with everything and start competing. I've been working out since I was 19 and still going three months without working out, I've lost a lot of lean mass. Had to basically start from scratch Truth be told, I’ve never worked out my glutes separately. Of course I've always done core exercises, but I've never really paid much attention to the glutes, to build up that round design I see in the muses. Maybe for lack of knowledge, accompanied, I know. Today I'm studying the importance of glute isolation. Squats , progresses , stiffness... all of these exercises are extremely essential, but I don't ignore them anymore like pelvic raises, cable glutes, quad press glutes... Because it was when I started to do different types of exercise that I saw a difference in the design, size and density of my muscle.
I'm still, as you all know, crawling on this journey, but every time I see my growth and how much I'm learning from it all, I get more excited for what more I can build on my journey. 🙏🏽🍑
The goal now is to overcome the photo on the left. Hopefully I’ll be drier and more volume 🙏🏽 still working on getting to my first show as wellness at the best me 🍑💪🏽 .
