I blend yoga, Reiki and tea making to help people unwind, recharge and reconnect -one stretch, one breath and one sip at a time. Yoga creates children who are bright lights in this world, increasing their self-awareness and strengthening their bodies.

Herbal hair teas are applied post rinse and leave-in. The tea blend helps stimulate hair follicles,reduce shedding and soothe scalp condition.
My new blend contains the following leaves and see why I am using these herbs:
Mango leaves: the vitamins and minerals found in the leavees help strengthen hair follicles, and promotes healthy hair growth
Hibiscus flower: nutrient rich herb helps strengthen, condition and stimulate hair growth
Along with my other herbs:
Rosemary: promotes hair growth, improves scalp circulation, reduces dandruff and itchiness plus adds shine
Sage: promotes hair growth, helps combat dandruff, enhance hair color and shine, helps darken hair and serves to natural dye to color grays a bit. Helps reduce premature graying. Improve scalp health.

Yes!! Definitely started something here!!
After months of thinking and discussion about this big change. I have wonderful friends that created this new logo for me.
I want to thank Yolanda Ramos and Zoey Guzman. They did a beautiful job!! Brought what I do into this one image that encompasses my passions.
Now, as I work to migrate the old page into this one that has now been updated.
All my social media for both my yoga practice and tea blends will be under one page.

As you may have noticed I have changed the name of my page and for good reason.
After months of thinking and discussing this with family and friends. I decided you blend my two passions under one umbrella.
I am still teaching yoga, working with different clients needs and I continue to blends teas, and make other concoctions.
I would like to thank Yolanda Ramos and Zoe for the beautiful design of the my new logo. The logo brings together all that I do into a beautiful tea cup that encompasses all my passions.
And I will posting everything professionally under one page

Yes, that is me!! Enjoying the best sound bath I've ever had. There is something magical that happens here. Arta creates this magic, I can not explain. I just know I feel different and for the better.
As yogini, its important to remember to practice self care for myself. Practice what you preach 😉This was my day of self care.

This Thursday night slow flow yoga class ran for eight years, 4 different locations and the last almost 2 years was run solely by me.
This class grew and shrunk over the years, but my core ladies followed me through every change. Loyal as could be. I enjoyed our weekly chats and laughs. It was more than just a yoga class.
Needless to say the decision to close this Thursday class was not easy, but it was time. Time to make room for another door to open.
I am still teaching on a one to one basis. Just not in this class setting for now.
Thank you to Peter at the Northvale American legion for allowing to stay in the space after the original studio left.
This is not the end, just pivoting....
