Final 2 days of TFC Tryouts take place this Monday and Tuesday! Come check us out and join us the winter 26/27 season!

Tryouts will take place for 9U to HS Ages.

We will have age groups together, however teams will not be joint age groups. Each team will be based on one age group.

TFC Academy — U7/U8 Futsal Program ⚽

This winter, Tekkers Futsal Club is launching an program for the Youngers built specifically for our U7 and U8 players. This is something we have been building toward, and we could not be more excited to get these kids on the court.

The program runs December through the end of February, with players training twice per week under the direction of our Tekkers Futsal Club staff.

Every other week, one session becomes a structured game day, complete with referees and coach-led environments. Players will be grouped by skill level so every kid is challenged and growing in the right setting. Families can expect 7 to 8 games over the course of the season.

What we will be building throughout the season:

— Futsal-specific positioning and decision making
— 1v1 dribbling ability
— Movement after a pass and off the ball
— Technique for ball striking

No extensive travel. No weekends away. Just consistent, high quality development all winter long right here in the Des Moines area.

This is not a recreational program. It is designed for players who are hungry to grow, love to compete, and want to use the winter to sharpen their game. There are no formal tryouts, but we are asking families to self-select thoughtfully. If your child has the competitive drive and a desire to improve, this is the right fit.

Our goal is simple: teach the fundamentals, build a love for futsal, and make sure these players arrive at their 9U/10U Select years with the technical foundation and futsal IQ to compete at the highest level.
