🌿 Outdoor yoga in New Castle returns to art The Art Association of Henry County's Arts Park in June!

Starting June 3, join us on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. for 45-minute, all-level vinyasa yoga classes.

Just $7 per class / discounted to $5 for AAHC members.

Bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket to practice on, plus water and anything you need to stay comfortable outdoors rain or shine. ☀️

Only two more sessions this month before we take a break in May! Join us this Saturday at 8:30 a.m. or Monday at 6:30 p.m. for a relaxing, grounding yoga flow.

This will be a gentle practice focused on stretching and settling in, rather than balance or core work. Wear whatever is most comfortable for you, and feel free to bring anything extra (layers, blanket, etc.) to settle in.
