This month, the Foundation has joined thousands across the USA to observe National Minority Mental Health Month! We know that mental wellness is an essential part of our overall well-being, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, thrive, and be supported – and to access quality mental health services when they need them.
Today and every day, we reaffirm a simple truth: YOUR mental health matters.
At the Foundation, we affirm this truth through our model of care and support to the women and families we serve through our Community Health Initiatives – screening for mental health needs, providing trauma informed coaching and support, and working with partners like Anesis Therapy and other providers to connect community members to vital mental health services.
Today we encourage you to take stock of your mental health and find the support that is best for you:

Let's continue creating spaces where it's safe to ask for help, powerful to prioritize ourselves, and possible for every woman to flourish.
