Twas the night before deer season
When all through the house.
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.

All the fi****ms were cleaned, and in cases with care, in hopes that deer firearm season soon would be here.

All hunters are nestled snug in their beds, with visions of bucks and does in their heads.

Morning comes, and into camo they go.
Realizing since last year did they grow.

The licenses were purchased well in advance.
In hopes a Conservation Officer will give it a glance.

Good luck and be safe to all hunters venturing out in the morning!
